Peter Swank serves as a DesignOps Director, specializing in process optimization, human capital strategy, and enterprise information systems. A champion of operational excellence, Peter leverages an impressive academic and professional foundation, holding dual MBAs in International Business and Human Capital Management, a B.S. in Business Information Systems, and certifications spanning Lean Six Sigma, SHRM, Microsoft, teaching, coffee, and more.

 

Peter’s leadership philosophy is shaped by both his Midwestern roots (built on hard work, community, and integrity) and a deeply global perspective gained from living in five countries.

 

An active advocate for civic engagement, Peter lends his organizational expertise to international non-profits and cultural organizations as a trainer and event coordinator. Dedicated to the arts and local community, he also supports stage productions by working in various guest services functions.
