Peter Swank is a DesignOps director with focus on human capital and expertise in process optimization, project management, and business information systems / DevOps. His certifications include Lean Six Sigma, SHRM, Microsoft, and training (TEFL), complementing MBAs in Human Capital Management and International Business as well as a bachelor’s in Business Information Systems.

Raised in Kansas City, Peter exhibits the Midwestern values of hard work, community, gratitude, and integrity (plus good food). He is also multilingual and has lived in five countries.

In addition to optimizing the workplace, Peter enjoys being an event coordinator and trainer for community and multicultural organizations as well as a guest services representative for local stage productions. His leadership and commitment are recognized internationally with charitable / non-profit organizations.
